Job summary

Catalyst Brands is seeking a Sourcing Specialist in the Dallas area to manage direct import buys, research new resources, and help resolve quality and delivery issues.

The role focuses on building strategic supplier relationships, negotiating program pricing, and driving on-time delivery while maintaining cost controls. Eligible associates receive a competitive benefits package and discount on Catalyst Brands merchandise.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to build relationships cross-functionally.
• 1–3 years of related experience in retail, apparel manufacturing, quality and trade agreements preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills; attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task successfully and prioritize while meeting critical deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

• Monitor quality and delivery performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives.
• Manage move outs, cancellations, and liabilities.
• Special Projects, as assigned.

Overview

Sourcing Specialist

The Sourcing Senior Specialist will manage the placement and confirmation of all direct import buys and perform research into the development of new resources and assist in the resolution of quality and delivery issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute brand or product category and report directly to the Director
• Work to build effective strategic relationships with cross-functional partners, internal stakeholders, external suppliers and teams to drive results and influence change.
• Manage internal and external teams and Time and Action to deliver on IMU, quality and delivery goals.
