The Johns Hopkins Health System in Baltimore is seeking a Sourcing Specialist I to support contracts and vendor management in a dynamic health care environment. This full-time role focuses on drafting and negotiating contracts, monitoring performance, and contributing to RFP processes.

The Sourcing Specialist I will
engage in daily sourcing activities including drafting and negotiating contracts, supporting the monitoring of contract performance, contributing to the Request
for Proposal (RFP) process, developing, evaluating and managing vendor relationships and implementing contracts with end users. This position will also be
responsible for conducting benchmarking activities, reviewing industry best practices, analyzing corporate spend and collaborating in cross-functional teams to
achieve cost savings, increase quality, and build and maintain a competitive portfolio of pricing for capital equipment, clinical products, non-clinical items and purchased services.
Business Administration, Public Health, Hospital Administration or related business/finance areas. Additional experience may be substituted for education.
Applicants must have at least three years of work experience or residency/externship experience in Supply Chain or healthcare related field.

Minimum 37.60/hour - Maximum 62.08/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
