Levata is seeking a Purchasing/Sales Support professional to manage ERP approval queues for Consumables and assist with quotes and stock availability. You will review alternatives, support sales reps, and ensure accurate, timely responses to customers in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in purchasing, sales support, customer service, or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Manage approval queue and workflow for Consumables orders in ERP.
• Assist with sourcing/quoting queue including LTL quotes and stock availability.
• Review alternative items and provide comparable items to Sales Representatives and customers.
• Support Sales Representatives with quotes, product recommendations and stock questions.
• Foster teamwork and a customer-focused culture to drive continuous improvement.

Job description

What You’ll Do:

• Manage an approval queue and workflow for Consumables orders in ERP system
• Assist with and facilitate workload in the Consumables Sourcing/Quoting Queue including, but not limited to, LTL Quotes, Airtrack availability, and other detailed information requests
• Review alternative items and provide comparable items to Sales Representatives and customers
• Support Sales Representatives with quotes, product recommendations and stock questions
• Contribute to a positive team dynamic that encourages all employees to provide feedback and drive change within the facility, adapt to the growing business, and stay focused on the customer experience

What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s / Bachelor’s degree preferred 2 years’ experience in a purchasing, sales support, customer service, or similar role
• Strong MS Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Critical thinking and process driven
