Job summary

Levata is seeking a detail-oriented purchasing support professional in the United States. The role involves managing the Consumables order approval queue in the ERP system, assisting with sourcing and quoting tasks, and reviewing alternatives to provide comparable items for Sales Representatives and customers.

You will support quotes, product recommendations, and stock inquiries, while helping foster a team culture that values feedback and customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate/bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in purchasing, sales support, customer service, or similar role.
• Strong MS Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Critical thinking and process driven approach.
• Accuracy of work and customer satisfaction focused.
• Timeliness of work and data analysis abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage an approval queue and workflow for Consumables orders in ERP system.
• Assist with and facilitate workload in the Consumables Sourcing/Quoting Queue including LTL Quotes, Airtrack availability, and other information requests.
• Review alternative items and provide comparable items to Sales Representatives and customers.
• Support Sales Representatives with quotes, product recommendations and stock questions.
• Contribute to a positive team dynamic and drive customer-focused change within the facility.
