A leading company is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to support sourcing strategies and provide a diverse candidate pool. This remote role involves proactive candidate sourcing, screening, and collaboration with recruiters to fulfill job specifications efficiently.
Overview:
As Sourcing Specialist, you will support and execute sourcing strategies to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool. You will prioritize your time efficiently between sourcing and screening as you work with our recruiters to understand job specifications creating and executing comprehensive sourcing strategies.
The Sourcing Specialists primary responsibility will be to proactively seek potential candidates, accurately capture contact information and sell opportunities to encourage prospects to apply.

The following characteristics and requirements are necessary for an individual to be successful in the position:
Salary Range: $62,000 - $77,500 annually, depending on experience and geographic location.
Please note that actual compensation offered may vary based on local pay requirements, and will meet or exceed state-specific minimum wage or salary thresholds.
