Recruitment Sourcing Specialist:

We are looking for aRecruitment Sourcing Specialist todeliver customer service excellence by consistently meeting and exceeding expectations of the client. Please note - this position is fully remote as well as temporary with the potential to going permanent.

The Recruitment Sourcing Specialist will work with peer Clinical Career Specialists and Recruitment leadership to understand staffing needs in order to develop and implement a proactive, innovative sourcing strategy. The Sourcing Specialist will ensure consistency of FOX brand to attract and recruit diverse top talent. The Sourcing Specialist will generate an ongoing clinical candidate pipeline based on current and future needs. The Recruitment Sourcing Specialist will utilize all sourcing platforms to find qualified candidates and maintain a pipeline leading to more hires to the practice. This will include, but not limited to, utilization of LinkedIn, Indeed, our CRM system (Phenom), licensure lists and other data bases available. Most importantly, the Recruitment Sourcing Specialist has specific expertise in the Art & Science of candidate engagement.

Responsibilities:

• In collaboration with the Recruitment Sourcing Lead, sources and identifies qualified clinical leads for referral to Clinical Career Specialists (CCS)

• Sources passive candidates through various tactics such as name generation research, cold calling, networking, relationship building, complex internet searches, employee referrals, existing talent pool database scrubbing, and research.

• Communicates status of searches with other Recruitment team members on a consistent and timely basis.

• Sources and identifies qualified clinical leads for referral to CCS.

• Executes recruitment sourcing strategies to ensure a constant flow of high-quality clinical candidates

• Follows through on assigned sourcing tasks and documents completion of each.

• Works closely with sourcing lead and CCS to deeply understand the hiring needs of each region and sourcing strategies for each.

• Deploys creative sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates.

• Provides exceptional customer service to candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.

• Keeps organized lists of all sourced candidates by discipline and region.

• Ensures consistency of employer brand to attract and recruit top talent.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Experience with Phenom and/or Workday is a plus.

• Demonstrated success in utilization of available sourcing channels as well as development of creative sourcing strategies.

• Self-starter with excellent work ethic including innate drive to exceed expectations.

• Strong interpersonal and follow up skills.

• Must be able to travel to home office on an as needed basis. Not expected to exceed more than 4 times a year.
