Job summary

Medix is seeking a Sourcing Specialist for our Healthcare Recruiting Team in Scottsdale, AZ (and Oakbrook, IL). You will conduct talent research, market analysis, and targeted mapping to fuel recruiter pipelines.

Collaborating with Product Leaders, Account Executives and Recruiters, you will build tearsheets, post to niche boards, and drive high-quality outreach to engage passive talent.

TheSourcing Specialist is a key member of the Healthcare Recruiting Team, reporting directly to the Vice President of Delivery. This individual acts as a dedicated sourcer, conducting talent research, market analysis, and targeted job seeker mapping. This teammate will collaborate with Product Leaders, Account Executives and Recruiters to drive talent leads into the ATS, from multiple sources, and with the goal of building talent pools. The Sourcing Specialist will partner with Product Leadership, Delivery Leadership, sales and delivery on areas of improvement and refinement and launch innovative new sourcing processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Candidate Sourcing

• Work with Delivery Leaders, Product Leaders, Accounts Executives and Recruiters to launch strategic searches and build tearsheets for specific modalities and specialties in Bullhorn.
• Complete the fields in the Healthcare Credentials Card in each Candidate profile
• Focus will be aligned to database supply goals, Account Breaker reqs, Open reqs with no allocation, etc.
• Sourcing Specialist will work with Delivery Leader to ensure tearsheets are sent and called on by recruiters
• Attend weekly internal meetings with product / sales / delivery teams to stay updated on talent sourcing strategies and needs.

Candidate Research

• Sourcing Specialist will research missing Candidate contact info and Healthcare Credentials fields in Bullhorn, with the goal of creating complete profiles for existing candidates
• Utilize resources including state boards, online people search engines, etc.

Talent Attraction

• Utilize Job Posting Gem to post jobs to niche boards including PhysicianJobBoard.com, LocumTenens.Org, DocCafe
• Send messages to matching profiles within the job platform
• Launch engagement and nurture campaigns to specific talent populations in Bullhorn
• Provide high-quality outreach and communication to talent that are matches.
• Work with Account Executives to highlight and present hotbook talent to key and strategic targets
