We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will support our sourcing efforts by identifying and engaging potential candidates for various positions across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

1. Actively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and other platforms.
2. Review resumes and conduct initial outreach to potential candidates via email, phone, etc.
3. Engage with prospective talent and keep organized reference documentation on talent needs.
4. Assist in developing and implementing sourcing strategies to identify top talent for open positions.
5. Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain and update candidate profiles and documentation.
6. Engage with passive candidates through personalized outreach, fostering and maintaining relationships.
7. Collaborate with recruiters to understand hiring needs and provide insights on alternative skillsets.
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, talent acquisition best practices, and market data to provide talent insights.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a customer service role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to build rapport with candidates and team members.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to prioritize requests and meet deadlines.
• Experience with recruiting platforms and professional networking tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZoomInfo, etc.).
• Basic understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn within the Talent Acquisition field.
