Job summary

CDW is seeking an Associate Sourcing Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in the United States. You will help build diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines for current and future roles by supporting sourcing, research, and outreach activities.

This early-career role focuses on executing sourcing plans, refining candidate research, and collaborating with recruiters to meet defined hiring needs. You’ll gain exposure to modern sourcing tools and best practices while learning from senior

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, communications, liberal arts, or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of recruiting coordination, sourcing, or TA support experience.
• Experience using ATS, CRM, and LinkedIn sourcing tools.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Execute sourcing activities using defined plans and guidance.
• Identify candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and databases.
• Review resumes against defined role requirements and support outreach.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and CRM systems.
• Collaborate with Recruiters and Talent Sourcing to align efforts.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Liberal Arts, or equivalent experience
