Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Services Recruiting Team for the North America Unit. You will lead full lifecycle recruiting, build pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to align staffing with business needs.

Expect to manage candidate flow, prescreen, interview coordination, and timely offers in a hybrid work model. Ideal candidates have a strong background in MS Office, ATS, and sourcing tech, plus leadership and mentoring skills to guide junior recruiters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4 years of related experience.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Leads the full lifecycle recruiting process and builds a pipeline of talent.
• Sources, develops and maintains relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintains accurate documentation on candidates, searches and activities for compliance.
• Partners with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and plan workforce strategies.
• Communicates with candidates and hiring teams, prescreens, and coordinates interviews and offers.
• Maintains ATS records and prepares recruitment reports.
