Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, Liberal Arts, or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of recruiting coordination, sourcing, or TA support roles.
• Experience using ATS, CRM, and sourcing tools including LinkedIn.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
• Familiarity with diversity sourcing practices.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing Execution & Candidate Identification
• Execute sourcing activities using defined sourcing plans and guidance
• Identify potential candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and databases
• Review resumes against defined role requirements
• Support candidate outreach using approved messaging
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and CRM systems
• Collaborate with Recruiters and Talent Sourcing team to align sourcing efforts
• Participate in intake and calibration discussions
• Follow established sourcing processes and governance standards
• Provide feedback to support continuous improvement
