Responsibilities

Utilize sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other technical platforms.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future positions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team culture.
Screen and evaluate candidates' qualifications against role requirements.
Track sourcing metrics and provide regular reporting on pipeline health.
Maintain ATS data accuracy.
Represent Amazon at recruiting events and tech conferences.
