Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in global supply chain, procurement, sourcing, or commodity management

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineers and facility teams to define commodity strategy and roadmaps for LV distribution equipment and cables
• Own end-to-end global sourcing, including supplier qualification and multi-sourcing strategies
• Negotiate commercial agreements with pricing, volume commitments, and priority allocation
• Deploy demand forecasting and real-time supply chain visibility tools
• Drive cost leadership through value engineering and long-term pricing agreements
• Lead supplier innovation programs and build a world-class supply base
• Establish KPIs for cost, quality, speed, and resilience with leadership
