You're Good At

• Building strong relationships with clients and suppliers for seamless collaboration
• Effectively managing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and analyzing supplier responses
• Negotiating contracts to secure optimal pricing and savings
• Developing accurate meeting budgets and maintaining compliance with policies
• Keeping up with new destination options and seasonal deals for client advantages
  

You Might Also Have

• A Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in purchasing
• Three or more years of purchasing experience, especially in the travel industry
• Strong customer service skills that create positive client experiences
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management tools
• Familiarity with tools like Cvent and a flair for managing multiple projects simultaneously

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Sourcing Manager is between $58,000 - $75,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget .
