Job summary

The Goodkind Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Sourcing & Financial Operations Manager to join our growing apparel company. This cross-functional role combines apparel sourcing, product costing, financial analysis, production, and operations, with a focus on profitability and growth.

You will lead RFQs, costing, supplier negotiations, and develop dashboards for sales, inventory, and shipments, collaborating across Design, Sourcing, Production, Planning, and Finance to optimize margins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Business, Merchandising, or related field.
• 5+ years of apparel sourcing, costing, finance, production, operations, or supply chain experience.
• Strong knowledge of apparel costing, FOB/LDP pricing, sourcing, and gross margins.
• Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience (PLM, BlueCherry, Exenta) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across cross-functional and international teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead seasonal RFQs, product costing, and factory quotations.
• Analyze FOB, landed costs, margins, and profitability to support pricing and sourcing decisions.
• Partner with Design and Product Development on cost optimization and value engineering.
• Support supplier negotiations and evaluate new factories based on capability, compliance, and capacity.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and reporting for sales, inventory, production, and shipments.
• Partner with Production and overseas sourcing teams on factory allocation, capacity, schedules, and delivery.
• Maintain factory compliance and supplier performance information.
• Collaborate across Design, Sales, Sourcing, Production, Planning, Manufacturing, and Finance.
