Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking a Footwear Sourcing and Production Manager who is analytical, organized, and has deep knowledge of footwear manufacturing supply chains. You will be a key member of the product creation team, collaborating with design and merchandising to deliver strategic sourcing and value aligned with quality and price.

Your impact includes sourcing strategic factories, driving continuous improvement in go-to-market calendars, tracking progress, and ensuring on-time pre-production

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience.
• 5-8 years of sourcing and production experience in athletic footwear.
• Product costing experience.
• Experience building and managing seasonal calendars.
• Experience traveling to overseas factory development centers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing strategic factory and supply chain partners in line with the brand strategy.
• Drive continuous improvement in production, calendar tracking, and QA.
• Track and approve all pre-production samples while meeting production deadlines.
• Assist with assessment and analysis of vendor capacities and allocation strategies with the team.

We are looking for a Footwear Sourcing and Production manage who is analytical, organized and has deep knowledge and understanding of footwear manufacturing supply chain and process. This position will be a key member of the product creation team who collaborates with the design and merchandising teams to deliver strategic sourcing capabilities in line with the brands quality and price value equation. An excellent candidate for this role is passionate about quality and product and is a great partner and collaborator.

Your Impact:

The primary functions of this role, includes but are not limited to:

• Sourcing strategic factory and supply chain partners in line with the brand strategy.
• Strive for continuous improvement in all areas of production including, but not limited to: Go to market calendar, tracking production progress, and quality assurance.
• Track and approve all pre-production samples while meeting production deadlines
• Assist with assessment and analyzing vendor capacities along with projections and secure allocation strategies with team
