Qualifications

• 5+ years of sourcing, production, or vendor management experience in women’s apparel.
• Strong negotiation, project management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• 10+ years of sourcing or production experience in women’s apparel, with proven leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of sourcing, production processes, and vendor management.
• Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Apex, NC.
• Familiarity with product development cycles, sample review, and tech packs.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple seasonal deadlines.
• Ability to travel overseas multiple times a year

• Collaborate with design, merchandising, and product teams to align sourcing with creative vision.
• Support seasonal product development from concept to final delivery.

As the company continues expanding, they are seeking an experienced Sourcing professional to join their on-site team in Apex, NC. This role can be filled at either Manager or Director level, depending on experience. Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communications with vendors and maintain strong supplier relationships.

• Contribute to a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of sourcing, production, or vendor management experience in women’s apparel.
