Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the supply base to support sourcing for Starlink satellites and ground stations.
• Provide weekly team status reporting and escalate to management when necessary.
• Train and mentor the team to ensure continuous improvement.
• Work with key suppliers to develop sourcing and cost management strategies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support capital purchases and production consumables.
• Identify opportunities for cost, space, and process optimization using data analytics.
• Negotiate to maximize value, manage costs, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Build and own project budgets and capitalization plans.
• Conduct market analysis and gather supplier performance benchmarking.
• Communicate equipment status to management with schedules, risks and mitigations.
• Present value propositions to executives related to contracts and cost reduction.
