As a Sourcing Lead – Construction Services, you will leadand support client engagements across construction, capital projects, andfacilities-related spend categories. This is a client-facing consulting rolerequiring strong expertise in construction sourcing, contract strategy,supplier negotiations, and stakeholder management. You will partner closelywith client teams to translate complex project requirements into robustsourcing strategies, deliver measurable value, and drive best-in-class procurementoutcomes.
This role sits within our managed services practice andcombines category depth, project leadership, and advisory capabilities
Salary Range : $75,000 – $85,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
Additional Compensation : Eligible for a performance-based bonus tied to individual and company performance.
