GEP Worldwide in Chicago seeks a Senior Manager to lead high-impact M&A, procurement value creation and Direct Materials transformation engagements for leading organizations across the US. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, deal execution and procurement.
You will identify, quantify and realize significant value across the transaction lifecycle, advise CPOs and CFOs, and guide cross-functional teams to durable client outcomes.

We’re looking for a Senior Manager to lead high-impact M&A, procurement value creation and Direct Materials transformation engagements for leading organizations across the US.
This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy, M&A and procurement—helping clients identify, quantify and realize significant value across the transaction lifecycle.
Salary Range: $140,000 – $175,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
Additional Compensation: Eligible for a performance-based bonus tied to individual and company performance.
