Job summary

GEP is seeking a Sourcing Lead – Construction Services to drive end-to-end sourcing across construction, capital projects, and facilities spend. You will collaborate with client teams, general contractors, and suppliers to translate complex project requirements into robust sourcing strategies and measurable value.

Based in a client-facing consulting role within our managed services practice, you will lead multiple projects, mentor team members, and push continuous improvement in sourcing

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in construction sourcing, contract strategy, supplier negotiations, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives across construction services, capital projects, and equipment categories.
• Partner with client stakeholders, general contractors, and suppliers to translate project needs into RFQs/SOWs and sourcing strategies.
• Manage competitive bids, cost benchmarking, negotiations, and vendor evaluations to drive value and mitigate risk.
• Review construction drawings, scope, cost inputs, and proposals to provide data-backed recommendations.
• Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams and mentor colleagues to ensure high-quality delivery.
