Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field (supply chain, business, or food science).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with Excel/Sheets proficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and evaluating new suppliers for produce, proteins, dairy, and specialty ingredients.
• Support data collection and analysis for cost modeling, supplier performance, and market trends.
• Participate in RFPs and vendor onboarding processes.
• Help monitor supplier compliance with food safety, quality, and sustainability standards.
• Prepare presentations and reports for leadership.
