Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Sourcing Associate Intern in Parsippany, NJ to gain hands-on experience in procurement and supplier management within a fast-paced food-tech environment.

You will assist with supplier evaluation, cost analysis, and sustainability initiatives while learning to balance quality, cost, and efficiency. The hybrid role requires in-person collaboration, with a typical schedule of 3 days in the office and potential for more.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Food Science, or Business.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Bonus: SQL, Tableau, or other analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and evaluating new suppliers for produce, proteins, dairy, and specialty ingredients.
• Support data collection and analysis for cost modeling, supplier performance, and market trends.
• Participate in RFP (Request for Proposal) and vendor onboarding processes.
• Help monitor supplier compliance with food safety, quality, and sustainability standards.
• Prepare presentations and reports to summarize findings and recommendations for leadership.
