• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field (supply chain, food science, business).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with Excel/Sheets proficiency.
• Interest in food, sustainability and supply‑chain innovation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and evaluating new suppliers for produce, proteins, dairy, and specialty ingredients.
• Support data collection and analysis for cost modeling, supplier performance, and market trends.
• Participate in RFP and vendor onboarding processes.
• Help monitor supplier compliance with food safety, quality, and sustainability standards.
• Conduct benchmarking research on commodity pricing and sourcing strategies.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Culinary, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.
• Prepare presentations and reports to summarize findings and recommendations for leadership.
