Job summary

Value Driven Solutions, Inc. is seeking a sourcing leader to stand up high-rate production for a defense-technology air-vehicle program at a new campus in California. You will build and lead the team responsible for securing every part the line needs.

You'll manage a team of sourcing engineers and subcontract managers, define the supply strategy, negotiate supplier agreements, and drive cost, quality and scalability while navigating tariff exposure and capital spending.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in manufacturing supply chain or production.
• 5+ years leading people.
• Bachelor's in supply chain, engineering or related field; MBA or MS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of sourcing engineers and subcontract managers.
• Set supply strategy for continuity, quality, cost and scale-up.
• Negotiate supplier agreements with engineering, program and finance.
• Reduce bill-of-materials complexity and supplier count.
• Manage capital spend, new product introduction and tariff exposure.
