Job summary

Anduril Industries in Fort Collins, CO, seeks a Product Sourcing Engineer to own part availability, manage suppliers, and drive the BOM for radar and sensor manufacturing lines.

You will collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing to ensure on-time, on-spec production. The role requires hands-on ERP/MRP experience and strong supplier-management and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, supply chain, business, or related technical field.
• 1–2 years in supply chain, sourcing, procurement, or related manufacturing role.
• Experience with purchasing processes, MLQs and volume price breaks to reduce cost.
• Hands-on ERP/MRP experience (e.g., NetSuite or similar).
• Demonstrated supplier management, negotiation, and problem-solving ability.
• Experience procuring custom parts and broad exposure to multiple commodities (including PCBA).
• Strong written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct supplier selection for production components to support radar/sensor lines.
• Partner with suppliers and internal engineering to qualify components and resolve supply issues.
• Support development and consolidation of the manufacturing BOM with Quality and Manufacturing.
• Own part availability and material planning in the ERP/MRP system, signaling what to buy or build and when.
• Contribute to BOM risk assessments and identify alternate/second-source components.
• Drive component and supplier rationalization to reduce complexity and improve commonality.
• Track supplier performance and assist with should-cost analyses and cost issues (tariffs, inflation).
• Establish and improve sourcing policies, standards, and processes for the production line.
