Hex Technologies is seeking a Technical Sourcer to craft repeatable, AI-powered talent pathways for engineers, designers, and product builders. You’ll own top-of-funnel strategies, build AI-assisted outreach, and partner with recruiters to refine profiles and criteria.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical/engineering sourcing experience, ideally at a high-growth startup.
• Fluent with AI tooling for recruiting and active use of automation and agents.
• You've built sourcing programs, pipelines, or automation workflows from scratch.
• You can read technical profiles and understand what makes someone exceptional.
• You are highly organized with precise calibration and pipeline updates.
• You combine hunter instincts with the ability to navigate ambiguity and urgency.

Responsibilities

• Own top-of-funnel sourcing strategy for Engineering, AI, Infra, Product, and Design.
• Build and run an AI-forward sourcing stack to power discovery and outreach.
• Design AI-assisted outreach that is highly personalized and credible.
• Map deep talent pools and surface undiscovered candidates beyond LinkedIn.
• Partner with recruiters and managers to calibrate candidate profiles and criteria.
• Track conversion, run A/B tests on messaging, and pivot as needed.
• Evaluate new AI sourcing tools and raise sourcing standards for the team.
