Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as listed in the qualifications.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a business analyst, sourcing analyst, procurement analyst, or similar.
• Experience supporting sourcing, procurement, supplier management or supply chain activities.
• Working knowledge of strategic sourcing methodology and vendor management principles.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and data management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, publish, enhance and maintain key metrics reports, scorecards, dashboards and analytics solutions.
• Manage timely execution and delivery of recurring reporting including savings tracking and spend management.
• Support spend analytics including data mapping, cleansing and supplier classification.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, risks and insights for sourcing strategies.
• Identify reporting and data integrity issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Provide data governance guidance and best-practice reporting methods.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support category management and negotiations.
• Perform market, supplier and category research to identify opportunities.
• Support RFP activities with pricing analyses and supplier comparisons.
• Contribute to reporting automation and dashboard development to increase efficiency.
