Job summary

Spectrum Brands, Inc. is seeking a Global Sourcing Analyst to drive data‑driven insights across the sourcing function.

You will manage spend, savings, supplier changes, and data integrity while partnering with Sourcing, Finance, Operations, IT, and regional teams from our Middleton, WI office in a hybrid environment. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in a related field, 1+ years in sourcing or analytics, advanced Excel, and experience with SAP/SharePoint/Power BI; familiarity with AI-enabled

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field.
1+ years experience in sourcing or analytics preferred.
Advanced Excel proficiency.
Experience with SAP/SharePoint/Power BI preferred.
Familiarity with AI-enabled tools to improve productivity is a plus.

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain global vendor spend, savings, payment terms, and sourcing data files.
Coordinate and track supplier cost changes, including approvals and system updates.
Maintain CAPEX cost tracker and support purchasing requisitions.
Support RFQs, cost modeling, and total cost comparisons.
Develop and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, templates, and analytics.
Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize sourcing processes.
Use AI-enabled tools to automate tasks and improve reporting.
Support and maintain sourcing tools, SharePoint sites, and workflows.
Develop, document, and maintain SOPs, process guides, and training materials.
Partner with Sourcing, Finance, Operations, and regional teams to resolve issues.
