Job summary

Emplify Health, a partnership of Bellin Health and Gundersen Health System, is seeking an Insurance Follow-Up specialist for an on-site role in Onalaska, WI. This full-time position provides 40 hours weekly with shifts between 7:00 a.m.

and 5:00 p.m. You will join a patient-centered healthcare network and rely on strong attention to detail, communication, and customer service to support efficient claim follow-up and coordination.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Job Specifics

• Full time, 1.0 FTE
• 40 hours/week Monday-Friday, hours between 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• 8-hour shifts
• On-site position in Onalaska, WI
• Department: Insurance Follow-Up

What You Need:

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Prior office, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred
