Job summary

SentinelOne is seeking an Engagement Manager to orchestrate AI-accelerated source code assessment engagements for SentinelOne customers. You will bridge application security engineers, customers, and internal stakeholders, owning the full lifecycle from intake to delivery with hands-on technical involvement.

You will coordinate scoping, staffing, and delivery, ensuring high-quality findings, timely reporting, and strong client relationships while supporting ongoing process improvements and surge

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on practitioner experience in application security, secure code review, or offensive security with security services delivery.
• Deep technical expertise in secure code review and application security.
• Strong staffing and resource coordination with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee source code assessment engagements from intake through delivery, ensuring quality and timely results.
• Lead scoping and business development activities with clear communication to customers and teams.
• Staff application security engineers onto engagements based on scope and availability.
• Manage customer communication cadence and ownership of escalations end-to-end.
• Ensure proper data handling, access, retention, and deletion during engagements.
• Drive process improvement by maintaining documentation and updating playbooks.
• Manage engagement retainer hours and request uplifts when needed.
• QC technical analyses and reports before delivery; provide surge support when needed.
