Job summary

SentinelOne is seeking an Engagement Manager for the Compromise Assessments team to oversee AI-driven security service engagements. You will coordinate between application security engineers, customers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring high-quality, timely deliverables and effective scoping.

You will work hands-on to QC analyses, support surge capacity, and help drive process improvements across delivery playbooks, while interfacing with C-suite stakeholders and account teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on practitioner experience in application security, secure code review, or offensive security.
• Experience in cybersecurity consulting or security services delivery is a plus.
• Strong client communication and ability to work with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Wayfinder Frontier AI Services engagements from intake to delivery, ensuring quality and timely deliverables.
• Lead scoping and business development activities, coordinating access and communicating with customers and teams.
• Staff engineers onto engagements based on scope and monitor capacity to balance workload.
• Manage customer communications and escalations end-to-end.
• Ensure proper data handling, access, and retention during engagements.
