Job summary

SentinelOne is seeking an Engagement Manager on the Compromise Assessments team to lead telemetry-based threat hunts and deliver consulting-style engagements for customers. You will coordinate with threat hunters and internal stakeholders, manage scoping, and oversee end-to-end engagement delivery.

The role requires deep endpoint telemetry expertise, strong communication with executives and clients, and the ability to translate findings into business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in threat hunting, security analysis or incident response with some engagement/project management in cybersecurity consulting
• Deep technical expertise in endpoint telemetry analysis and threat hunting
• Strong staffing and resource-coordination with excellent client communication and executive stakeholder visibility
• Experience owning customer escalations end-to-end and contributing to team docs/process improvements
• Self-starter with collaborative work style across Engagement Managers
• Ability to translate complex technical findings into business impact for non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Oversee telemetry-based compromise assessment engagements from intake through delivery
• Lead scoping and business development activities with clear communication to customers and teams
• Staff threat hunters onto engagements and balance workload
• Maintain customer communication cadence and manage escalations end-to-end
• Oversee data handling and retention timelines; support early deletion if requested
• Serve as a knowledge resource for CA services and improve delivery playbook
• Manage retainer hour budget and request uplifts as needed
• QC technical analyses and provide surge telemetry support when required
