Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Sandusky, OH, is seeking a Sortinos Italian Kitchen Busser to deliver friendly, responsive service and help create a memorable dining experience for guests.

You will help maintain spotless tables, assist fellow team members, and support servers during busy shifts. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays. Starting rate is $14.00 per hour with a solid benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• The ability to lift and balance trays and busser tubs frequently.
• Must be able to work and be flexible with all shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Take dirty tableware to dish room and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in the appropriate areas for washing.
• Between seatings, promptly clean tabletops, chairs and booths. Check floor and clean as required. Reset and arrange tabletop.
• Be ready and willing to assist fellow associates (servers, bussers, host/hostess, and management) as situations rise.

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking aBusserfor our Sortinos Italian Kitchen Restaurant.In this roleyou will provide friendly, responsive service to create a beyond expectation dining experience for all guests. Starting Rate:

$14.00 an hour

Key Responsibilities
