Alter Metal Recycling is seeking a Full Time Production Associate in Waupaca, WI. You will join a safety‑focused team, receive hands‑on training, and help maintain product quality while supporting efficient production flow.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining the required quality of our product.
• Remove large pieces of plastic.
• Remove stainless steel.
• Remove any non-conforming material.
• Keeps picking areas clean and orderly.
• Assists with cleanup duties at the end of production.
• Identifies different metals and sorts the various grades according to specifications.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and consistently wear required PPE.
• Along with other duties, as assigned.

Position Overview
