Job summary

Fastenal Co. is hiring for a part-time Sortation position at our Winona, MN distribution center. The role involves organizing outgoing orders, labeling products, and preparing shipments using RF scanners and printers.

You will work with a team in a fast-paced environment and support health, safety, and sustainability programs. The schedule is variable with 10–28 hours per week, and a path to flexible hours after onboarding and performance goals.

OVERVIEW

Find your future at Fastenal! Our distribution center is hiring energetic, team oriented individuals to work in our fast pace warehouse! Working as Part‑time Sortation, you will help facilitate the movement of product throughout the distribution center to company owned branches. You will organize all outgoing orders by placing packages into totes and pallets in preparation for shipping. This is an entry‑level position based out of our distribution center located at 2001 Theurer Blvd, Winona, MN 55987. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES
