Job summary

Fastenal is hiring a Full-Time Sortation Lead to direct daily sortation operations in our distribution center. You will lead a team, organize outgoing shipments, and ensure accuracy and safety while meeting deadlines. The role offers a path to flexible scheduling after onboarding and goal attainment.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, math aptitude, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting, with a focus on teamwork, integrity, and continuous improvement.

OVERVIEW

Find your future at Fastenal! Our distribution center is hiring energetic, team oriented individuals to work in our fast pace warehouse! Working as Full-Time Sortation Lead, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the Sortation department. You will help facilitate the movement of product throughout the distribution center to company owned branches. You will organize all outgoing orders by placing packages into the correct shipping containers to prepare for shipment. You will provide guidance to ensure operations are completed correctly, efficiently and on time.
