Job summary

3C Industries, Inc. is seeking a Process Documentation Specialist to own the day-to-day execution of our SOP program, partnering with subject matter experts and department leaders to document, review, publish, and maintain the processes that guide how 3CI operates.

You’ll manage SOPs through the full lifecycle, from kickoff meetings and working sessions to revisions, approvals and final publication on the company Intranet.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to facilitate meetings and create clear documentation.
• Experience writing or coordinating SOPs and process documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 including SharePoint, Word, Outlook, Excel.
• Experience with process mapping or documenting workflows is a plus.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects is a plus.
• Self-directed, able to manage a pipeline of work.
• Comfortable learning new systems and adapting to change.
• Construction industry experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive SOP development with department leaders and SMEs to capture process details.
• Manage SOP pipeline from preparation through publication and tracking.
• Facilitate review and revisions with stakeholders to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate approvals and escalate concerns to LTD Manager.
• Publish and maintain SOPs on the Intranet with version control.
• Support SOP-related training and process-change communications.
