Women's Care in Brandon, FL is seeking a Sonographer to perform ultrasound examinations and document findings. Responsibilities include nuchal translucency scans, fetal surveys, 3D-4D scans, evaluating image quality, and updating the EMR.

You will work Monday through Friday with no weekends, and join a team focused on patient care and HIPAA compliance. Requirements include ARDMS OB/GYN certification and 1–2 years of OB/GYN or maternal-fetal medicine experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid OB/GYN ARDMS certification.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of recent OB/GYN or MFM experience.
• Experience with 3D-4D scans.
• Excellent bedside manner and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a stressful, deadline-oriented environment.
• Ability to communicate with coworkers, providers and patients in a courteous and effective manner.
• Must be dependable, reliable, and punctual.

Responsabilités

• Performs ultrasound examinations and records the findings.

The Sonographer performs ultrasound examinations and records the findings.

• Performs nuchal translucency scans per established standards and guidelines.
• Completes fetal surveys.
• Performs hysterosonograms, as well as 3D-4D scans.
• Evaluates the images for their quality, but also interprets what was captured in the image.
• Documents/updates information in patient’s electronic medical record.
• Represents clinic in a professional manner. Treats all customers, internal and external, in a courteous and cooperative manner.
• Attends required meetings and participates in team activities and professional development activities.
• Demonstrates and embodies the Women’s Care mission and core values.
• Compliance with all HIPAA rules, regulations, and guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
