Job summary

Women's Care is seeking a Sonographer in Jacksonville, FL to perform ultrasound exams, including 3D-4D imaging, and document findings in the EMR. The role supports clinical staff in a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, offering competitive pay and benefits while contributing to patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid OB/GYN ARDMS certification.
• 1–2 years OB/GYN or MFM experience.
• Experience with 3D-4D scans.
• Excellent bedside manner and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a stressful environment.
• Strong communication with coworkers, providers and patients.
• Proficient in computer data entry in an EMR (eCW a plus).
• Dependable, reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Performs nuchal translucency scans per established standards and guidelines.
• Completes fetal surveys.
• Performs hysterosonograms, as well as 3D-4D scans.
• Evaluates the images for quality and interprets findings.
• Documents/updates information in patient EMR.
• Represents clinic in a professional manner and treats all customers politely.
• Attends required meetings and participates in team activities.
• Demonstrates and embodies the Women’s Care mission and core values.
• Complies with HIPAA rules and guidelines.

The Sonographer performs ultrasound examinations and records the findings. This includes routine ultrasound exams, as well as specialized procedures as directed.

Responsibilities

• Performs nuchal translucency scans per established standards and guidelines.

• Documents/updates information in patient’s electronic medical record.

• Compliance with all HIPAA rules, regulations, and guidelines.
