Job summary

TriState Health in Clarkston, WA is seeking a Sonographer/Ultrasound Tech to perform diagnostic ultrasound exams Monday through Friday, 4pm to Midnight, under the supervision of the Director of Imaging Services.

Requires a High School Diploma or GED, 12 months ultrasound education or practical experience, ARDMS or in process, and BLS/CPR on hire. 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred; strong computer and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 12 months of continuing education or practical ultrasound experience.
• Excellent customer service and computer skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform medical sonograms and provide safe patient care.
• Work under the supervision of the Director of Imaging Services.

Job Summary

The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, 4pm - Midnight. Under the general supervision of the Director of Imaging Services, he Sonographer/Ultrasound Tech; performs medical sonograms, exercises professional judgment in performance procedures and provides safe patient care.

Education And Training

• High School Diploma or GED;
• Minimum of 12 months of continuing education or practical experience in ultrasound

Licensures/ Certifications

• Certified by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or in process of obtaining certification, must be obtained within 1 year.
• Current American Heart Association's BLS/CPR certification on hire or within orientation period

Experience

• 1-2 years of clinical experience, preferred

• Competent in the use of a computer and computer systems
• Excellent customer service skills
