Job summary

Essentia Health in Duluth, MN seeks an Ultrasound Technologist to perform diagnostic ultrasounds for physician interpretation, using advanced imaging equipment and techniques. The role supports a Level 1 adult and Level II pediatric trauma center environment with a strong patient-care focus.

The candidate will complete ARDMS registration within 1 year of hire and pursue MSK certification within 24 months when assigned to the MSK department.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAHEA accredited program in sonography and registry eligible by the ARDMS.
• Must be ARDMS registered within 1 year of hire.
• Must be certified in Abdomen, OB/GYN, and Vascular within 24 months of hire (Ashland location exemption).

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic ultrasound scans of patients for physician diagnosis using diagnostic ultrasound equipment and skills.
• Complete ARDMS MSK Certification within 24 months if assigned to MSK Department.
