• Greet customers as they are seated and ensure the table is clean with utensils and napkins provided
• Provide a positive guest experience with menu knowledge and POS use
• Take and deliver accurate food and beverage orders
• Pre-bus tables and maintain a clean environment
• Stock service areas with supplies like coffee, tea, ice, etc.
• Collect payments and operate the cash register

What You'll Do

• Understanding and practicing our mission, values, and objectives
• Greeting customers as they are seated at the table; ensure the table is clean and that utensils, napkins, and other needs have been provided
• Provide a positive guest experience, menu knowledge, and proper use of our point-of-sale systems
• Take accurate food/beverage orders and deliver completed orders to guestsPre-bus tables to maintain a clean environment
• Stock service areas with supplies such as coffee, tea, ice, etc.
• Collect payments and operate cash register

• May be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, extreme heat, steam, and cold present in a kitchen environment and requested to work with cleaning chemicals
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds with a team
