Job summary

iServ, LLC is seeking Servers to join our Sonny's BBQ team in Sanford, Florida. As a Server, you will greet customers, manage orders, and ensure a positive dining experience.

Server Responsibilities

• Understanding and practicing our mission, values, and objectives
• Greeting customers as they are seated at the table; ensure the table is clean and that utensils, napkins, and other needs have been provided
• Provide a positive guest experience, menu knowledge, and proper use of our point-of-sale systems
• Take accurate food/beverage orders and deliver completed orders to guests
• Pre‑bus tables to maintain a clean environment
• Stock service areas with supplies such as coffee, tea, ice, etc.
• Collect payments and operate cash register

Job Expectations

• Stand for prolonged periods of time and handle products, tools, paperwork and equipment
• May be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, extreme heat, steam, and cold present in a kitchen environment and requested to work with cleaning chemicals
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds with a team
