Job summary

iServ, LLC is currently seeking Servers to join our team at Sonny's BBQ in Spring Hill, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers as they are seated and ensuring the table is set.
• Providing a positive guest experience and taking accurate food/beverage orders.
• Pre-bussing tables to maintain cleanliness.
• Collecting payments and operating the cash register.

Server Responsibilities

• Understanding and practicing our mission, values, and objectives
• Greeting customers as they are seated at the table; ensure the table is clean and that utensils, napkins, and other needs have been provided
• Provide a positive guest experience, menu knowledge, and proper use of our point-of-sale systems
• Take accurate food/beverage orders and deliver completed orders to guests
• Pre-bus tables to maintain a clean environment
• Stock service areas with supplies such as coffee, tea, ice, etc.
• Collect payments and operate cash register

• Regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds with a team
