Responsibilities

• Understanding and practicing our mission, values, and objectives
• Preparing ingredients by cutting, weighing, or measuring according to instructions
• Preventing spoilage through proper storage of ingredients
• Monitoring food and storage temperatures
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and utensils
• Adhering to food safety regulations
• Washing all wares including pots, pans, flatware, and glasses
• Storing equipment, dishes, and utensils properly after cleaning

Job Expectations
