Responsibilities

• Understand and practice our mission, values, and objectives
• Prepare ingredients by cutting, weighing, or measuring according to instructions
• Prevent spoilage through proper storage of ingredients
• Monitor food and storage temperatures
• Clean and sanitize work areas, surfaces, utensils, and equipment
• Follow all food safety and handling regulations
• Wash all ware including pots, pans, flatware, and glasses
• Store clean equipment, dishes, and utensils properly
