Responsibilities

• Understand and practice our mission, values, and objectives
• Cut, weigh, or measure ingredients according to instructions
• Prevent spoilage through proper storage of ingredients
• Monitor food and storage temperatures
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment
• Follow all food handling and safety regulations
• Wash all wares including pots, pans, flatware, and glasses
• Store clean equipment and utensils properly
