SONIC Drive-In, operated by KBP Drive-In, is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced team and ensure smooth shift execution while delivering great guest service. You will supervise, train, and support crew while upholding safety and quality standards.

The position offers paid training, shift meal discounts, medical/dental/vision benefits, PTO, and a clear path to Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager roles as part of KBP Brands with 1,000+ restaurants across 30+ states.

Formación

• Supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment and use restaurant equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support the team to keep each shift running smoothly.
• Ensure guests receive great service and quality standards.
• Assist with training and coaching team members.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and efficiency during shifts.

What you bring:

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in food service (quick service preferred) or retail
• Must be 18+
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends & holidays
• Ability to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, moving through compact spaces, and safely using restaurant equipment
