Job summary

KBP Drive-In, part of KBP Brands, is seeking a Shift Manager in Radford, VA to lead shifts, support the team, and ensure guests receive excellent service in a fast-paced setting.

You’ll supervise a team, manage shift operations, and help cultivate leadership skills with a clear path to higher roles. Great training and benefits accompany this role in a growing restaurant group.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be 18+.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends & holidays.
• Ability to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, moving through compact spaces, and safely using restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the team on each shift, ensuring smooth operations.
• Deliver great service to guests and uphold brand standards.
• Assist in training and developing team members for career progression.
